About opportunex™ – who we are and what we believe

Based in Minneapolis Minnesota, opportunex™ is the brain child of Thomas S. Butler, who currently serves as the President and CEO of OPPORTUNEX, INC. Tom has been involved in Internet application and web site development since 1995.

Although first conceived in the Fall of 2004, Tom was unable to launch this project until 2011 due to the large costs associated with establishing and maintaining server farms. The recent advancement in “Cloud Technologies” have dramatically reduced the cost of producing and promoting such a large undertaking as opportunex™. We are truly excited to unleash this revolutionary vision to the world.

What is opportunex™? Opportunex™ is a social network for affiliate marketers. We provide a community environment where vendors, affiliates and other entrepreneurs can exchange ideas, establish joint ventures and discover best practices. Secondly, opportunex™ provides a suite of WordPress tools and a super-fast and highly reliable hosting environment that enables affiliate marketers and small businesses to rapidly deploy and manage web sites and Internet-based marketing programs.

Our Mission. The mission of opportunex™ is to establish a community of like-minded entrepreneurs and to provide the tools, resources and solutions they need to succeed. Our intention is to create the most honest, easy to use and understand platform for making money online.

Our Philosophy: At opportunex™, we believe that the Internet is a fertile landscape where people from all over the world can find ways to succeed beyond their wildest dreams. Much like the United States around the turn of the century where anyone could “head West” to find their fortune, opportunities on the world wide web are nearly limitless and completely non-discriminatory. Anyone, from anywhere, rich or poor, when armed with the right knowledge, determination and an Internet connection can meet with success on a global scale.

We think that this is something to be excited about! We truly believe that this presents a great opportunity to promote our true American heritage. Through the application of capitalism in the new electronic era, we are able to extol capitalism as the “institution of ethics”.

We do not believe in “get rich quick” schemes. The Internet has enough of those already!
